The 2023 Summit puts the focus on riders. Engineers work on designing sleds that let you ride more, explore further, and drive harder than you ever imagined.

2023 Ski-Doo Summit Performance

Snow riders no longer have to worry about draining altitude thanks to the all-new Rotax 850 E-TEC Turbo – the first 2-speed turbo produced directly from the factory.

Riders will fully use 165 horsepower from the 850 E-TEC to the 8,000-foot altitude and continue with a constant 40-horse advantage to surpass the competition on their way to the top.

850 E-TEC Turbo / 850 E-TEC / 600R E-TEC

Summit snowmobiles are powered by one of three 2-stroke Rotax engines – including the factory’s first turbocharged 2-stroke engine. Each offers an instant response, fantastic acceleration, and unlimited power.

Short Tunnel

With shorter tunnel lengths allow optimal maneuverability in heavy snow thanks to the incredible snow evacuation—standard rear light snowflakes with LinQ-ready attachment points for installing optional removable long snowflakes.


Polypropylene one-piece construction went straight down 6 lbs. heavy—optimized ventilation for heat spread and noise reduction.

T-Motion rear suspension

The T-Motion flexes laterally, reducing the attempt to start the reel, as the ball joints in the middle hinge between the back arm and the falling link and the forearm of the flat tube that is split. The very progressive motion ratio makes walking on the trail more comfortable.

RAS 3 Front Suspension

High precision and highly predictable. The front suspension of RAS 3 is designed to start straight quickly and actual climbs and tracks, whether riding trees, carving pastures, or riding the trails to your favorite playground.


High-pressure gas shock lightweight KYB highest quality front and rear. Highly capable shocks with rugged durability to withstand the most challenging terrain and demanding riders. It can be rebuilt and can be restored.

E-TEC SHOT Starter

The push-button starts with almost no additional load. After the initial pull-start, the machine fills the ultracapacitor.

Pressing the HANDLEBAR SHOT button for the next start uses the energy stored in the ultracapacitor to turn the magneto into an electric motor that rotates the flywheel and E-TEC technology turns the engine on.

Removes almost 20 lb. (9 kg) compared to conventional electric start. SHOT starting is only possible with Ski-Doo’s exclusive E-TEC technology.
